Emily Sharpe
Emily Sharpe is the pen name of south Florida writer Ellen Gillette. Emily's Blushing Books series is a contemporary romance. While each book can be read alone, the same characters show up throughout the series.
Why the name? When Ellen's mother was pregnant she thought she was having twins, planning to name them Ellen and Emily. When a pen name seemed a good idea, Ellen decided to give Emily her voice. And then...Gillette....sharp. You get the idea.
Emily enjoys writing books that affirm women while giving voice to the relationship realities that occur. It's never too late to find love and it's never a good idea to "settle."
