As with all things new, it will take some time to get used to the new platform. Our previous store was outdated and ran very slowly or crashed when we had a significant amount of traffic. We are still updating our new site and plan to have some fun new features in the near future.

  • No. You must create a new account for our new store (2022).

  • First, download the book from the email you receive. After it has downloaded, unzip the file. If you plan to email the file to your Kindle, please follow the steps below.

    To email the file to your Kindle:

    You need to know your device’s address first. Your Kindle or Fire has its own address which you may not know if you have never emailed something to your device. It is NOT the same as the email you use for your Amazon account. It will be something like your.name12345@kindle.com and it was created for you when you registered your device on Amazon. If you do not know your device’s email you can find it using the following instructions:

    Second, you need to add the email you are mailing FROM to an approved list. To do this, go into Amazon > Your Account

    Under Digital Content and Devices > Kindle Content

    At the top click on “Preferences”

    Scroll Down

    Find “Personal Document Settings” and click on it

    Further down find the “Approved Personal Document E-mail” and click on add a new approved email address

    Add the email address you intend to use to email yourself the epub file. (This should be YOUR email address NOT a Romance.Ink email address. It can be the email associated with your Amazon account but does not have to be.)

  • No. The newsletter is set up through a completely different company.

  • Automatic discounts do not appear until you are on the checkout page but rest assured, they will be taken off there.

  • When you get to the final check-out page, you will see a field to enter your discount code.

  • Most of our discounts will not work on membership subscriptions. If they are meant for memberships they are clearly identified as such. Storewide sales and specific author or genre discounts do not work with membership subscriptions.

  • Membership discounts are specific to “Monthly” or “Yearly” plans. The most frequent problem customers experience with a discount code is related to the wrong term option being selected or their discount. Be sure you are selecting the correct subscription option, ie: monthly or yearly.


    Our Charter Membership Promotion will NOT work on a monthly subscription.

  • We are happy to help with this, however, you will have to fill out the customer support form. We will process your refund and “unsubscribe” you. Then you will be able to go through the subscription process again, selecting the yearly option.

  • Zip files may refuse to open if they are not properly downloaded. Also, incomplete downloads occur when files get stuck due to issues like bad internet connection, and inconsistency in network connection, all of which can cause transfer errors, affect your Zip files, and make them unable to open.

  • Yes, this membership is available to people outside of the US. Each Friday a new book will be added to the membership area where you will be able to login and download it on your own.

  • In the top left corner, select “Login” or if you are already logged in, select “Account”.

    Select cancel Membership.
